1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Patron Saints application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Patron Saints is a Catholic catechetical application designed for educational and devotional purposes. The App allows users to deepen their knowledge of Catholic teachings, Church history, and the lives of the Saints.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account and data at any time via the Account Deletion page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantages.
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content through the feedback system.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, sound effects, music, and game mechanics, is the property of the developer and protected by applicable copyright laws. Saint artwork is used under fair use for educational and devotional purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee the theological accuracy of every question and encourages users to consult the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Sacred Scripture for authoritative teaching.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
